アロマレシピ②～Aroma recipe 2~

虫よけ（５０mL）

例）
シトロネラ　１０滴
レモングラス　５滴
ラベンダー　５滴
バジル　５滴
シダーウッド　５滴

エタノール　２５mL
精製水　25mL

かなり効力あり。
私は蚊を寄せ付ける魅力があるらしく（笑）、夏に５分外に出ていると、たんこぶが体中にできてしまうくらいです（全然嬉しくない！）。
山の中を歩いているときにかなり蚊にやられてしまったので、
途中でスプレーしてみたら、すぐに効果が現れ、
その後は蚊に出くわしませんでした。
においも、これぞ虫よけ、っていう感じではなく、さわやかな香りです。
今の季節におすすめのレシピです。

Repellent (50mL)

Example)
Citronella 10 drops
Lemon grass 5 drops
Lavender 5 drops
Basil 5 drops
Cedar wood 5 drops
Ethanol 25 mL
Purified water 25 mL

This worked pretty well.
I am a mosquito magnet who is very attractive to them (!) If I stay outside for 5 minutes in summer, my body gets heaps of bumps and looks ugly.
When I was walking in the bush, I was bitten by some mosquitos.
However, I sprayed this in the way, it worked and no more mosquitos came to me!!!
Also, this doesn’t smell like a so-called repellent and smell refreshing.
It is highly recommended for this time of year!
