アロマレシピ⑤～Aroma recipe 5~

お風呂回り掃除スプレー（200mL）

例）
スイートオレンジ　３滴
ペパーミント　３滴
ユーカリ　３滴
クエン酸　小さじ１

アルカリ性の石鹸カスや水垢は、中和して落とすのが楽チン♪
掃除後は、ほんのりとこれらの香りがお風呂場に残り、素敵な気分になります♪

Spray for cleaning bathroom (200mL)

Example)
Sweet orange 3 drops
Peppermint 3 drops
Eucalyptus 3 drops
Citric acid 1 teaspoon

Alkaline water and soap stains are easy to be cleaned off by neutralising.
After cleaning in the bathroom, the scent of the oils will stay and you will enjoy it for some time!!

ハーブコーディアル~Herb cordial~

夏バテ解消のために、何かいいアロマはないかなと、
生活の木（http://www.treeoflife.co.jp）に行ってみました。
そこで、お店の方に勧めていただいたのが、この、ハーブコーディアル。
もともとは、ハーブをアルコールにして飲んでいたそうですが、
今は、アルコール抜きにハーブを楽しむものとして、飲まれているようです。

以前から注目されているローズヒップ。
今回、改めてそのローズヒップの魅力を知りました。

ローズヒップは、「天然ビタミンの爆弾」との異称があり、
たとえばビタミンCは（ローズヒップ100g中）、レモンの果汁の20倍以上もあり、
植物の中では最も多い含有量なのだそうです。
また、カルシウムは牛乳の９倍ほど、鉄分はホウレンソウの約２倍！
このため、美白効果、眼精疲労、風邪の予防・回復、ストレス解消、
利尿作用、コレステロール値の正常化などにも作用します。女性には強い味方ですね。

私は、６倍に希釈して頂いています。
ローズヒップの甘酸っぱさが、夏の疲れを癒し、さわやかな気分にさせてくれます☆

I went to one of the aroma shops, “Seikatsu no ki” (http://www.treeoflife.co.jp) to see if there was any good therapy for summer weariness.
One of the shop staff told me this “herb cordial”.
It used to be an alcohol drink with herb leaves about 1000 years ago, but now it is popular to enjoy herbs without alcohol.

Rosehip has drawn attention for a long time.
I now understand how special this herb is.

Rosehip is also known as “full of natural vitamin”.
For instance, it (100mg) has vitamin C 20 times as much as lemon juice, which is the most among other herbs.
It also includes calcium 9 times as much as milk, and iron twice as much as spinach.
Therefore, rosemary is said to be useful for skin lightening, eye fatigue, prevention and recovery of cold, stresses, and also to improve diuretic activity and normalisation of cholesterol level.
Rosehip is an ideal partner for women, isn’t it?

I drink 30 mL of this liquid diluted with 180 mL cold water.
Sweet-sour taste of rosehip refreshes me.

愛しのローズマリー～Love rosemary!～

私がアロマに最初に興味を持ったのは、
エステサロンでのこと。
行きつけのサロン（昔はリッチだった・・・！）では、
毎回、施術中に、気分やその時の状況によって、精油を選ばせてくれました。
初めは、精油について何もしらなかったのですが、
ふと嗅いだローズマリーの香りが、なんだか私のフィーリングに合っていて、
それ以降、ローズマリーは効用に関係なくブレンドしてもらうようになりました。
名前も可愛いですが、その可愛らしさからはちょっと離れた、
さわやかな香りがお気に入りです。
家で芳香浴をするときは、たいていローズマリーを使っています。
しかも、ローズマリーは、私の誕生月のお花なんですって！
ああ、愛しのローズマリー！

ローズマリーについて
学名：Rosemarinus officinalis
抽出部位：葉、茎、花
花言葉：思い出、記憶、私を想って、静かな力強さ
作用：記憶力アップ、若返り（肌の引き締め効果）、発汗・利尿・鎮痛作用、花粉症緩和
注意点：血圧を上昇させる恐れがあるため、高齢者や妊婦には使わない方がいいです。

When I first became interested in aromatherapy is at an salon where I often went (oh…I was rich at that time…).
At the salon, we could choose essential oils that we wanted to use, depending on our moods or mental/health conditions.
I was not familiar with essential oils at all, but the scent of rosemary hit my centre.
It went very well with my feeling whenever it was.
Since then I asked the esthetician to blend rosemary for me.
I like the name “rosemary”, which sounds cute, but I like the fresh scent too.
I use rosemary at home for aromatic bath.
Rosemary is the flower for April, which is my birth month.
Ah, I love rosemary!!!

About rosemary
Botanic name: Rosemarinus officinalis
Extracted part: Leaf, cane, and flower
Language of flowers: Memory, Please think of me, Serene but very strong encouragement
Acting: Improve faculty to memorise, rejuvenation (skin-tightening), sudation/diuresis/pain relief, relief of cedar pollen allergy
Note: It is said to add blood pressure, so it is contraindicated for elderly people and pregnant women

最近は別の歌手にカバーされているようですが、
やっぱりオリジナルの方がいいですね～。

この後に続く、「あなたの声聞きたくて　消せないアドレスMのページを指でたどってるだけ」
っていうところは、時代を感じますが、
それでも今なおオリジナルの歌詞のままカバーされているのは、
時が変わっても、
胸の奥底で感じることはみんな同じだからなんですよね。

数か月前から、趣味だったキーボードを再び始めました。
今度は、弾き語りもやってみたいと思っていて、
今、この曲を練習しています。
・・・いったい誰に披露するのかわかりませんが、
自己満足です。

One phrase in this song says
“I trail my fingers on the “M” part in the TELEPHONE DIRECTORY that I cannot ERASE (with a correction pen or an eraser)
Just because I want to hear your voice”
A couple of words sound old, but still this song is loved and sung by lots of lots of people.
I think it is because this song sings what people have in mind regardless of times.

I resumed my hobby, playing the keyboard, a few months ago.
I stopped it for more than 5 years, so it is a bit hard for me to play like before.
However, this time I would like to try playing it while singing.
And now I am practicing this song.
Oh well, I don’t know if I will play and show to someone.
Probably just for self-satisfaction…
